St. Charles Parish is a wonderful place to live. St. Charles Parish’s attributes are becoming well known and, as a result, St. Charles is one of the fastest growing communities in Louisiana. An unfortunate result of fast growth in a community is often a growth in crime and the seriousness of the offenses. Suburban District Attorney’s Offices are frequently unprepared for these changes.
